Church of England permits limited return to ringing from Saturday 4th July

Today the Church of England updated its guidance to allow ringing to resume from Saturday 4th July - with significant preparation, limitations & guidelines noted in this document, a risk assessment, and as always, with the permission of the incumbent.

While this is not a return to normality, and some towers will not be able to find a safe way to resume, many members will welcome being able to ring again at all.
